Claims7
3,7-Disubstituted-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid compounds of the formula:
- ##STR21## wherein R.sup.1 is 2-amino-, lower alkanoylamino- or halo(lower)alkanoylamino substituted thiazol-4-yl;
- R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are each carboxy or an esterified carboxy;
- X is lower alkynyloxyimino;
- and
- A is lower alkylene, and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
