Abstract
A pulse repetition interval generator with stagger circuit for providing a ulse repetition interval signal. The pulse repetition interval generator can be used with a device for generating simulated antenna scan patterns of conventional search radar antennas and comprises a source of clock pulses, a counter circuit, a repetition interval setting means, pulse generator means and a pulse width determining means.
Claims8
A pulse repetition interval generator with stagger comprising:
- a. means for generating a series of pulses having a constant preset repetition interval;
- b. said constant repetition interval pulse generating means includes:
- a source of clock pulses;
- a counter circuit responsive to said clock pulses, said counter circuit generating a first output pulse when filled;
- said first output pulse resetting said counter;
- and
- means coupled to said counter for presetting said counter thereby setting the repetition interval between said output pulses;
- c. at least one pulse generator responsive to said constant repetition interval pulse generating means for generating at least one pulse between pulses generated by said constant repetition interval pulse generating means;
- and
- d. means responsive to said constant repetition interval pulse generating means and said at least one pulse generator for determining the width of the pulses generated therefrom.
