Claims11
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR6## in which R.sup.1 is hydrogen, alkyl of one to six carbon atoms, alkyl or propargyl;
- R.sup.2 is hydroxy, alkoxy of one to six carbon atoms, alkylamino of one to six carbon atoms, dialkylamine in which each alkyl group is of one to six carbon atoms or ##STR7## wherein n is 0 or 1 and R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are alkyl of one to three carbon atoms provided that when --COR.sup.2 is an amide R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are hydrogen;
- R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are, independently hydrogen or alkyl of one to six carbon atoms, and when taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 form a 4-morpholinyl, 4-methyl-1-piperazinyl or 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazinyl substituent, and
- R.sup.5 is hydrogen, chlorine or bromine,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
