Abstract
2-(4-aminobutoxy)stilbenes are prepared and found useful as pharmaceutical agents, particularly as anticonvulsants and skeletal muscle relaxants.
Claims7
A compound having the formula:
- ##STR36## wherein R is ##STR37## wherein Z is selected from the group consisting of --CH.sub.2 --, --CR.sub.3 H--, said R.sub.3 being C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl, and --CHOH--;
- and wherein m and n are each integers of 0 to 4 with m+n being equal to 4, or the acid addition salts thereof.
