Abstract
A compound of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: A is >CH-- and n is 1 to 6; or A is >C.dbd.CH-- and n is 0 to 5; or A is >CH--CH.dbd.CH and n is 0 to 4; and R.sub.1 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 alkyl; R.sub.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl; and R.sub.3 is C.sub.4-9 alkyl, C.sub.5-7 cycloalkyl or C.sub.5-7 cycloalkyl-C.sub.1-6 alkyl; and salts thereof, has antiplatelet aggregation and bronchodilation activity.
Claims9
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR70## wherein
- A is >CH-- and n is 1 to 6, >C.dbd.CH-- and n is 0 to 5, or >CH--CH.dbd.CH-- and n is 0 to 4;
- R.sub.1 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms;
- R.sub.2 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms;
- R.sub.3 is alkyl of 4 to 9 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl of 5 to 7 carbon atoms or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms substituted with cycloalkyl of 5 to 7 carbon atoms,
- and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compound when R.sub.1 is hydrogen.
A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of bronchoconstriction or platelet aggregation comprising an effective amount of a compound according to claim 13 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
