Claims3
Sulphonic acid group-containing polyalkylene oxide-containing urethane polyols corresponding to the formula:
- ##STR16## wherein X represents an NH.sub.4 radical or an alkali metal atom;
- R.sub.1 represents a straight- or branched-chain aliphatic group with from 2 to 7 carbon atoms or an aromatic group which consists of one ring or two fused rings which may be substituted by halogen, by aliphatic groups having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms or by further sulphonic acid groups or by nitro groups;
- R.sub.2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group;
- R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 which may be the same or different, represent a divalent straight- or branched-chain aliphatic group with from 2 to 10 carbon atoms;
- n represents a number of from 1 to 50;
- and
- y represents an integer sufficient to satisfy the valence requirements of the group R.sub.1.
