Abstract
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## or physiologically acceptable salts thereof in which formula R.sup.1 is methyl, ethyl or n-propyl, R.sup.2 is methyl or n-propyl and R.sup.3 is ##STR2## methods for the preparation thereof; intermediates useful for their preparation; pharmaceutical preparations containing at least one of these compounds; and the use thereof in the treatment of allergy and bronchial asthma.

A compound of the formula ##STR20## or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, in which formula R.sup.1 is methyl, ethyl or n-propyl, R.sub.2 is methyl or n-propyl and R.sub.3 is ##STR21##
A pharmaceutical preparation comprising as active ingredient an antianaphylactic effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR25## or a physiologically acceptable salt or an optical isomer thereof, in which formula R.sup.1 is methyl, ethyl or n-propyl, R.sup.2 is methyl or n-propyl and R.sup.3 is ##STR26## in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for use in the treatment of allergy.
A method for the treatment of allergy in mammals, including man, characterized in administration to a host in need of such treatment of an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR27## or a physiologically acceptable salt or an optical isomer thereof, in which formula R.sup.1 is methyl, ethyl or n-propyl, R.sup.2 is methyl or n-propyl and R.sup.3 is ##STR28##
