Dependent claims

A sulfonium salt of the formula:

##STR3## wherein m is 0 or 1, Y is an anion, R.sup.1 is alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R.sup.2 is alkyl of 1 to 10 carbon atoms and R.sup.3 is hydrogen or alkyl of from 1 to 3 carbon atoms.
