Thiolcarbamate derivatives of 3-trihalomethyl-1,2,4-thiadiazoles

Abstract

Disclosed are selected thiolcarbamate derivatives of 3-trihalomethyl-1,2,4-thiadiazole compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a CCl.sub.3 or CF.sub.3 group; R.sub.2 is hydrogen or a lower alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms and R.sub.3 is a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. These compounds are shown to have post-emergence herbicidal properties.
