A compound of the formula:
- ##STR2## wherein R and R.sup.1 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl, R.sup.2 is lower alkyl and R.sup.3 is lower alkyl, lower alkyloxy, or 2-propenyloxy, and X is middle halogen.
