Abstract
This invention relates to compositions of matter classified in the art of chemistry as substituted 2-[(methylsulfinyl)acetyl]-3-heterocyclicindoles, various derivatives thereof, and to the processes for making and using such compositions as immunosuppressants.
Claims8
A compound of the formula ##STR6## wherein X is halogeno, (n) is an integer of zero to three, R is methylsulfinylacetyl, methylsulfonylacetyl, methylthihydroxyacetyl, methylthioloweralkoxyacetyl, methylsulfinylhydroxyethyl or methylsulfonylhydroxyethyl and Q is pyrimidinyl, pyridazinyl or pyrazinyl.
