Abstract
Disclosed are 1-halo- and 1-lower alkoxy-4-trichloromethylphthalazines as novel compositions of matter and their use as fungicides or insecticides or both.
Claims2
A method for controlling insects which comprises contacting said insects with an insecticidally effective amount of 1-lower alkoxy-4-trichloromethylphthalazine;
- said lower alkoxy groups having from one to four carbon atoms.
