Abstract
Two amino-ethyl methylthio substituted alkylenephenone oximes have been found to exhibit antidepressive activities. The two compounds are O-(2-amino-ethyl)-4'-methylthioacetophenone oxime and O-(2-amino-ethyl)-4'-methylthiohexanophenone oxime.

A compound selected from the group consisting of O-(2-amino-ethyl)-4'-methylthioacetophenone oxime and O-(2-amino-ethyl)-4'-methylthiohexanophenone oxime and the salts thereof with pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
