A compound of formula C.sub.62 H.sub.113 N.sub.11 O.sub.13 obtainable by hydrogenating Cyclosporin C of formula, ##STR5## which is a product of formula C.sub.62 H.sub.111 N.sub.11 O.sub.13 obtainable by cultivating the strain NRRL 8044.
