Abstract
This invention relates to azeotropic compositions of 1,2-dichloro-1-fluoroethane or of 1,2-dichloro-1,2-difluoroethane with certain alcohols, ethers, or ketones.

The azeotrope which at substantially atmospheric pressure is characterized as about 90.4 weight per cent 1,2-dichloro-1,2-difluoroethane and about 9.6 weight per cent methanol.
