Abstract
A tacky polyolefin film is prepared by forming a film using a composition comprising a polyolefin resin, a low grade polyolefin and a tackifier and aging the resulting film.

A process for preparing a tacky polyolefin film which comprises forming a film by using a composition comprising 98.5 to 88 wt.% of a polyolefin resin, 0.5 to 6 wt.% of a low grade polyolefin and 1 to 6 wt.% of a tackifier and then aging the resulting film.
