Abstract
Attrition resistant zeolitic catalysts containing silica, alumina and clay components.
Claims11
A water slurry consisting essentially of a mixture of a zeolite of the faujasite type having a Na content, expressed as Na.sub.2 O.sub.3, of less than about 5% by weight of the zeolite, a kaolin clay, alumina in the form of pseudoboehmite and ammonium polysilicate.
A spray-dried cracking catalyst produced by spray drying a water slurry of a mixture of a zeolite of the faujasite type having a Na content, expressed as Na.sub.2 O, of less than about 5% by weight of the zeolite, a kaolin clay, pseudoboehmite and ammonium polysilicate.
