Abstract

Cyclic phosphamide derivatives of the general formula: ##STR1## [wherein X represents a halogen atom, Y represents a lower alkanesulfonyloxy, and R represents a lower alkyl] being useful as medicaments exhibiting antitumor and immunosuppressive activities.
