Claims6
A method of regulating the growth of leguminous plants which comprises treating said leguminous plants with an plant growth regulating effective non-lethal amount of a compound of the formula ##STR4## wherein R is pyridyl having one halo substituent, one lower alkyl substituent or two lower alkyl substituents;
- R.sub.1 is selected from the group consisting of ##STR5## and m is zero or one.
A composition for regulating the growth of leguminous plants which comprises from about 5 to about 95 parts of a compound having the formula ##STR7## wherein R is pyridyl having one halo substituent, one lower alkyl substituent or two lower alkyl substituents;
- R.sub.1 is selected from the group consisting of ##STR8## and m is zero or one;
- the remainder parts being composed of one or more suitable carriers, diluents and/or adjuvants.
