- ##STR8## wherein R represents a C.sub.1-22 straight or branched alkyl or alkenyl group, or a monocyclic or polycyclic cycloalkyl group.
4Homoisotwistane-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester.
4-Homoisotwistane-3-carboxylic acid butyl ester.
4-Homoisotwistane-3-carboxylic acid octyl ester.
4-Homoisotwistane-3-carboxylic acid tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene-exo-2yl ester.
