Abstract
Biphenylyl ethers of the formula ##STR1## and their physiologically acceptable acid addition salts exhibit pharmaceutically useful serum cholesterol and triglyceride lowering, fibrinolytic, thrombocyte aggregation inhibition, .beta.-receptor blocking and neuroleptic effects.
Claims15
A compound selected from the group consisting of biphenylyl ethers of the formula ##STR7## wherein R.sup.1 is H or CH.sub.3 ;
- R.sup.4 is H, F, Cl, Br or CF.sub.3 ;
- and Z is pyrrolidino, homopiperidino or piperidino which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms or by hydroxyl;
- and the physiologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
