Abstract
1-Methyl-3-cyclohexyl-6-dimethylamino-s-triazine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione ##STR1## is useful for the selective control of many broadleaved and grassy weeds in pineapple crops.

Method for preventing and controlling undesired vegetation in pineapple crops without causing significant injury to said crop comprising applying to the locus of said crop an effective amount of 1-methyl-3-cyclohexyl-6-dimethylamino-s-triazine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione.
