The invention relates to a new use of Coenzyme Q compounds, and more particularly, to a method of medical treatment of myasthenia by administering Coenzyme Q compounds.

A method for the treatment of myasthenia which comprises administering to a human suffering from myasthenia a therapeutically effective amount of Coenzyme Q having the formula:
- ##STR3## wherein n is an integer from 7 to 10.
