Abstract
An aqueous dust laying formulation containing up to 2% by weight of an alkyl orthoxylene sulphonate the alkyl group containing from 8 to 11 carbons.

A formulation for laying dust comprising water containing up to 2% by weight of a water-soluble salt of an alkyl orthoxylene sulphonic acid in which the alkyl group contains from 9 carbon atoms.
