Abstract
A novel organomercaptophenol is described.

An organomercaptophenol of the formula:
- ##STR5## wherein independently each R.sub.m, R.sub.n, R.sub.o and R.sub.p is hydrogen, or a hydrocarbon or hydrocarbonoxy radical, R.sub.q and R.sub.z are hydroxy substituted monovalent acyclic or cyclic hydrocarbon radicals.
