Abstract
New thionocarbamates of the formula ##STR1## are disclosed, wherein R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or an alkenyl group having 3 or 4 carbon atoms, each of R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R.sub.4 represents a hydrogen atom or R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, if n is 0, together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached form a cyclohexane ring, and n is 0 or 1. These compounds are useful as pesticides, especially for the control of insects and pests of the order Acarina and for pest control in the fields of hygiene and storage protection.

A compound of the formula I ##STR12## wherein R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or an alkenyl group having 3 or 4 carbon atoms,
- each of R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group,
- R.sub.4 represents a hydrogen atom or
- R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, if n is 0, together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached form a cyclohexane ring, and
- n is 0 or 1.
