A compound of the formula ##STR9##
- wherein R is alkyl of one to six carbon atoms, inclusive, and D is selected from the group consisting of O.sup.- and ##STR10## wherein R.sup.4 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl of one to six carbon atoms, inclusive, phenyl, benzyl and phenethyl.
A compound of the formula ##STR11## wherein R is alkyl of one to six carbon atoms, inclusive, and R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are the same or different and are hydrogen or methyl.
