Abstract
This invention concerns novel aminoalkylthiopyridazine compounds useful for inhibiting the aggregation of blood platelets in animals and a process for preparing the compounds from an isothiuronium salt generated in situ from an aminoalkyl halide and thiourea. The compounds also have fungicidal and nematocidal properties.
Claims7
A compound corresponding to the formula ##STR2## and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein R is loweralkylamino, diloweralkylamino or a simple heterocyclic amino radical selected from the group consisting of piperidinyl, and hexamethyleneimino;
- R' is a halogen or an alkylaminoalkylthio group having the formula
- --S(CH.sub.2).sub.n R;
- where n is an integer of from 1 to 5 and R is as defined hereinbefore.
