Abstract
Fluorocarbon siloxanes of the formula ##STR1## ARE DISCLOSED. Their use as reversion resistant curing agents in curable compositions comprising reversion resistant siloxanes of the formula ##STR2## are also disclosed.

A composition of the formula ##STR20## wherein each R and R' is independently methyl, phenyl, or 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl, R.sub.f is a perfluoroalkylene radical of 2 to 10 carbon atoms, a perfluorocycloalkylene radical, or a perfluoroalkylene radical of 2 to 10 carbon atoms or a perfluorocycloalkylene radical containing one or more --C--O--C-- linkages and each n is independently 1, 2, or 3.
