Abstract
A high voltage insulation polyolefin base is provided with a stabilizing amount of a wetting agent containing a perfluoro-alkyl group as a stabilizer to improve the voltage stability of the polyolefin base.

A high voltage insulation polyolefin base having a stabilizing amount of a wetting agent as a stabilizer to improve the voltage stability of the polyolefin base, the wetting agent being a sulfonamide-ethylene oxide adduct having a perfluoro-alkyl group.
A process for stabilizing a high voltage insulation polyolefin base comprising adding a stabilizing amount of a wetting agent as a stabilizer to improve the voltage stability of the high voltage insulation, the wetting agent being a sulfonamide-ethylene oxide adduct having a perfluoro-alkyl group.
