A compound of the formula:

##STR10## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy, with the proviso that one of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is halogen;
R.sub.3 and R.sub.5 are hydrogen, halogen or lower alkyl;
with the proviso that one of R.sub.3 and R.sub.5 is other than halogen;
R.sub.4 is lower alkoxy;
and R.sub.6 is alkoxycarbonyl;
and salts thereof.
