Compounds of the formula ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; processes for their preparation; intermediates useful for their preparation; pharmaceutical preparations containing at least one of these compounds; and the use thereof as a tranquilizing or neuroleptic agent.

A compound selected from the group consisting of ##STR50## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
A pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of psychotic or neurotic conditions of different origins in man, containing as active ingredient a compound of the group consisting of compounds having the formula ##STR51## in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, the amount of said active ingredient being about 0.1 to 95% by weight of the preparation.
A pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of psychotic or neurotic conditions of different origins in man, containing as active ingredient a compound of a group consisting of compounds having the formula ##STR52## in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, the amount of said active ingredient being about 0.1 to 95% of the preparation.
