Abstract
The compounds are 3-((3-substituted amino-2-hydroxypropoxy)-phenyl)-6-hydrazino pyridazines which have .beta.-adrenergic blocking and vasodilator activity.
Claims25
A compound of the Formula:
- ##STR34## wherein two of the groups R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are hydrogen and the third group is hydrogen, lower akyl, fluoro, chloro, bromo, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, lower alkenyloxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, cyano, --CONH.sub.2, --CH.sub.2 CONH.sub.2, nitro, amino, lower alkanoylamino, lower alkylamino or di(lower alkyl)amino;
- R.sub.4 is hydrogen or methyl;
- R.sup.5 is isopropyl, tertiary butyl or phenylethyl;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
