Abstract
Novel piperazinoalkylpyrrolobenzoxazalkanes, physiologically tolerable acid addition salts thereof and a method of preparing same are described. These compounds are useful as antihypertensive agents.

A compound of the formula ##STR5## wherein Y is hydrogen, halogen, lower alkoxy, lower alkyl, trifluoromethyl, nitro or amino;
- R.sup.1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl;
- R.sup.2 is lower alkyl, phenyl, halophenyl, lower alkoxyphenyl, lower alkylphenyl, trifluoromethylphenyl or nitrophenyl;
- m is the integer 1 or 2 and n is the integer 1, 2 or 3;
- and the physiologically tolerable acid addition salts thereof.
