Abstract
Process for preparing perfluorinated ethers by exposing perfluorocarbonyl compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 mean identical or different perfluoroalkyl radicals optionally containing one or several ether-like bound oxygen atoms to light rays having a wave length of from 100 to 600 m .mu., in a liquid phase, and the compounds thus prepared.

Process for the preparation of perfluorinated ethers, which comprises exposing perfluoro-carbonyl compounds of the formula II ##STR19## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 mean identical or different perfluoroalkyl radicals optionally containing one or several ether-like bound oxygen atoms in a liquid phase to light rays having a wave length of from 180 to 600 m .mu..
