A black dyestuff composition useful for heat transfer printing of polyester textile which is made up of a compatible mixture of a brown azo dye and a blue anthraquinone dye.

A dyestuff composition composed of 20 to 80 parts of a brown dye of the formula ##STR3## and 80 to 20 parts of a blue dye of the formula ##STR4##
