Abstract

Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R is alkyl of 11 to 14 carbon atoms, and X is --SO.sub.3 H, --NO.sub.2 or --SO.sub.2 Cl Are useful intermediates in the preparation of naphthoquinone miticides.
