Abstract
Disclosed are novel (((aryl)thio)methylene)-propanedinitriles which have utility as antimicrobials, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides.

A compound of the formula ##STR4## wherein each R substituent individually represents F, Cl, Br, a straight or branched chain alkyl group, or an alkoxy group, said groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and
- n is an integer with a value of 0, 1 or 2.
A compound of the formula ##STR5## wherein each R substituent individually represents F, Cl, Br, a straight or branched chain alkyl group, or an alkoxy group, said groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and
- n is an integer with a value of 0, 1 or 2.
