Abstract
Winding equipment for textile coils includes a device for adjusting retrograde rotary motion in a coil being frictionally driven by a winding cylinder. The device has reduction gearing, and means for inserting said reduction gearing between the winding cylinder and the coil.

In winding equipment for textile coils, a device for effecting retrograde rotary motion in a coil being frictionally driven at a given rotary speed by a winding cylinder, comprising reduction gearing, and means for inserting said reduction gearing between the winding cylinder and the coil whereby both the rotary direction of the coil is reversed and the rotary speed thereof in the reverse direction is reduced.
