Abstract
N-(6-Acyloxybenzimidazol-2-yl)-N'-phenyl (or substituted pehnyl)ureas are useful as immune regulants.

A compound of the formula ##STR4## wherein R is hydrogen, halo, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3) alkyl or (C.sub.1 14 C.sub.3) alkoxy and R' is (C.sub.1 14 C.sub.3) alkyl.
A compound of the formula ##STR5## wherein R is hydrogen, halo, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3) alkyl or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3) alkoxy and R' is phenyl.
