Abstract
The photosensitivity of organic photoconductive materials can be improved by reactively mixing a free radical former having a free radical produced by irradiation of a dye base compound and an organic photoconductive materials with radiation energy.
Claims7
A process for producing a sensitized photosensitive material for electrophotography which comprises applying radiation to a solution of an organic photoconductive substance, a free radical former and a dye base said radiation being capable of generating free radicals from said free radical former.
A process for producing a sensitized photosensitive material for electrophotography which comprises applying a solution containing an organic photoconductive substance, a free radical former and a dye base to a support member and then, before the solution is dried, exposing the solution on the support member to a radiation energy capable of generating free radicals from said free radical former.
