A compound of the formula:
- ##STR24## wherein, R.sup.2 is alkyl of 10 to 22 carbon atoms;
- alkenyl of 10 to 22 carbon atoms;
- or alkynyl of 10 to 22 carbon atoms, said alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl optionally having one or two substituents selected from alkoxy of one to four carbon atoms.
