Abstract
A heat transfer composition, consisting essentially of an epoxy resin, a high temperature curing agent therefor, nitrile rubber, polybutene, particulate heat transfer coefficient-increasing filler and a cold flow control agent such as asbestos.

A heat transfer composition consisting essentially of:
- a. particulate solids having a thermal conductivity of at least 100 BTU/inch/hr/sq.ft./deg. F;
- b. epoxy resin;
- c. high temperature curing agent which is inactive at ordinary room temperature;
- d. nitrile rubber;
- e. polybutene;
- f. cold flow control agent.
