Abstract
Disperse monoazo dyes which are useful for the dyeing and printing of polyester fibers in navy-blue shades and which are of the formula: ##SPC1## Wherein R.sub.1 is halogen or CN; R.sub.2 is CN or NO.sub.2 ; R.sub.3 is alkylene; and n is 3 or 4; said dyes having good lightfastness and good hydrolytic stability.

Disperse monoazo dye of the formula:
- ##SPC7##
- wherein R.sub.1 is Br, Cl or CN;
- R.sub.2 is CN or NO.sub.2 ;
- R.sub.3 is C.sub.1.sub.-4 branched or straight-chain alkylene;
- and n is 3 or 4.
