Abstract
Compositions are disclosed for dyeing cross-linked novolac fibers, and blends thereof, using disperse dyes.

A composition for dyeing novoloid fibers, said composition comprising, per liter,
- 1. from about 1/3 to about 31/3 grams disperse dye;
- 2. from about 30 to about 100 ml benzyl alcohol;
- 3. from about 10 to about 20 ml acetic acid;
- and
- 4. water.

- 1. from 12/3 to 3 grams disperse dye;
- 2. about 60 ml of benzyl alcohol;
- 3. from about 10 to about 20 ml acetic acid;
