Abstract
This invention relates to new tetrahydronaphthyloxy-aminopropanols and related compounds of the formula ##SPC1## And to salts of such compounds, which are useful in coronary diseases.
Claims7
Compounds of the structure ##SPC39##
- and stereoisomers and salts thereof, wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl;
- R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and lower alkyl;
- and R.sup.8, R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy and cycloalkyl.
Compounds of the structure ##SPC40##
- and stereoisomers and salts thereof, wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl, and wherein the two adjacent hydroxy groups are in the cis configuration.
Compounds of the structure ##SPC41##
- stereoisomers thereof and salts thereof.
Compounds of the structure ##SPC42##
- and stereoisomers and salts thereof, wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl.
Compounds of the structure ##SPC43##
- and stereoisomers and salts thereof, wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl.
