A method, the method comprising:
- controlling a magnetic field of a ferromagnetic device of a second chip of a superconducting quantum chip, the superconducting quantum chip comprising a first chip including a superconducting quantum device, the second chip, the second chip being bonded to the first chip and having a gap defined between the first chip and the second chip, and a ferromagnetic device;
- applying the controlled magnetic field to the superconducting quantum device of the first chip;
- and
- controlling a resonant frequency of the superconducting quantum device of the first chip based on the applied magnetic field.

An electronic device, comprising:
- a ferromagnetic device formed on a second chip, the second chip being bonded to a first chip, the ferromagnetic device being configured to apply a magnetic field to a superconducting quantum device of the first chip to control a resonant frequency of the superconducting quantum device;
- a processor configured to execute instructions;
- and
- a memory storing the instructions, wherein execution of the instructions configures the processor to:
- control a magnetization of the ferromagnetic device by applying a current pulse to the ferromagnetic device to change a location of a magnetic domain wall within the ferromagnetic device.
