• a wavelength selective absorption layer containing a resin, a dye, and an electron migration-type antifading agent that satisfies Relational Expression [A-1] or [A-2];
• and
• a gas barrier layer directly arranged on at least one surface of the wavelength selective absorption layer;
• wherein the gas barrier layer contains a crystalline resin,
• a film thickness of the gas barrier layer is 0.1 to 10 m, and
• an oxygen permeability of the gas barrier layer is 60 cc/m2·day·atm or less,
