Abstract
A display apparatus, a method of manufacturing the display apparatus, and an electronic apparatus are provided. The display apparatus includes a substrate, a pixel electrode on the substrate, an opposite electrode on the pixel electrode, and an intermediate layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode and including an emission layer, wherein the opposite electrode includes a first electrode layer directly contacting the intermediate layer and including silver (Ag) and lithium (Li), and a second electrode layer on the first electrode layer and including Li.
Claims20
A display apparatus comprising:
- a substrate;
- a pixel electrode on the substrate;
- an opposite electrode on the pixel electrode;
- and
- an intermediate layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode and comprising an emission layer,
- wherein the opposite electrode comprises:
- a first electrode layer directly contacting the intermediate layer and comprising silver (Ag) and lithium (Li);
- and
- a second electrode layer on the first electrode layer and comprising Li.
A method comprising:
- forming an intermediate layer comprising an emission layer on a pixel electrode on a substrate;
- forming a first electrode layer comprising silver (Ag) and lithium (Li) on the intermediate layer;
- and
- forming a second electrode layer comprising Li on the first electrode layer,
- wherein the method is a method for manufacturing a display apparatus.
An electronic apparatus comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a display apparatus to be controlled by the processor,
- wherein the display apparatus comprises:
- a substrate;
- a pixel electrode on the substrate;
- an opposite electrode on the pixel electrode;
- and
- an intermediate layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode and comprising an emission layer,
- wherein the opposite electrode comprises:
- a first electrode layer directly contacting the intermediate layer and comprising silver (Ag) and lithium (Li);
- and
- a second electrode layer on the first electrode layer and comprising Li.
