Thin Film Transistor and Display Device Including the Same

A foldable display device, comprising:

• a substrate including a display area and a non-display area disposed in vicinity of the display area;
• a first thin film transistor (TFT) disposed on the substrate and including a first semiconductor pattern, a first gate electrode, and a first source electrode and a first drain electrode disposed over the first semiconductor pattern;
• a second TFT disposed on the substrate and including a second semiconductor pattern disposed in a same layer as the first semiconductor pattern, a second gate electrode, and a second source electrode and a second drain electrode disposed over the second semiconductor pattern;
• a first planarization layer and a second planarization layer sequentially formed over the first TFT and the second TFT;
• an anode electrode formed on the second planarization layer and connected to the second drain electrode via a connection electrode;
• and
• a bank layer disposed on the second planarization layer and including a light blocking material, and the bank layer exposing the anode electrode.
